Janey is an architecture major with big dreams. To achieve those dreams, she balances working at a car manufacturing plant with taking college classes. One day she is distracted at the assembly line and burns herself. Webb Copeland, her employer, happens to be at the scene and takes her to the infirmary. The next day everyone at work is gossiping about Janey and Webb. Then Webb suddenly summons her to his office! She heads over determined to straighten out the false rumor about them but is stunned when he proposes to her!
