When TV stations everywhere broadcast only happy news, kid-spy Adam Sharp suspects it's a diversion to cover an evil plot. Adam travels to Australia where he defeats his archenemy General Menace in a hot-air balloon battle. Illustrated with cartoonlike art, the book is sillier than previous volumes in the series.
