Amaia Salazar, an intelligent and determined female agent, was ordered to investigate two murders. The dead were both young girls. They were both hanged with strings and found naked and lying down on a riverbank with Gateau Basque in their private parts. For the two murders, Salazar was forced to return to the hometown she always sought to escape for years. She had strained relations with her mother and her elder sister all along. At present, everyone in the town felt himself imperiled. Any neighbor may be the suspect. The sticky details of the case also made people full of powerlessness because the murderer would not wait.
